Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and flag any discrepancies to the delivery team on the spot.

Live Potted Plants

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns and exchanges are only accepted at the time of delivery. Once the delivery is accepted, no returns or exchanges are available for change of mind. If the plant or pot arrives damaged or does not match the description, contact us immediately with a photo and we will assess.

For fiber planters in custom colors (non-white), cancellations are not possible once the pots are prepared for delivery. Store credit can be issued, with customization costs of AED 30-50 per pot deducted before the balance is applied as store credit.

Artificial Potted Plants

Returns and exchanges are not accepted once the delivery is accepted. If the item arrives damaged or does not match the description, contact us immediately with a photo and we will assess.

Sale Items

No returns are accepted on special sale items (New Year, Eid, Ramadan, and similar promotions). If a cancellation occurs before delivery during a sale or promotion, the refund will be issued as store credit only.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-45 days depending on your bank.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. If a delivered order is returned, two delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount before the balance is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +971 52 626 1977 so we can assess and resolve the issue.
